A Message From Mattie Rattie:
Bound for America is the story about how my ancestors came to America. You will love reading about how my great great great pilgrim grandparents fled from England and old King James Cat the First. You will be amazed at how brave they were to sail across the ocean on the Mayflower to an unknown land called America. When they arrived in America, they met Indians, wild turkeys, bears and eagles. You will learn how they made friends with the Indians and did not make friends with the turkeys. The story ends with the Indians and Pilgrims celebrating the first Thanksgiving.
